a life of ease, please
So this last saturday I was afforded the chance to attend the sold out brewers game in milwaukee. My friend Benny, who works for thrivent, had two suite seats (oh, they were 'sweet' indeed) and offered me one of them. let me tell you, i do not think that i will ever go back to sitting in regular seats in any stadium ever again (except, the next time that the opportunity affords itself) because those seats were so awesome! there was free food, free beverage, and free parking close to the stadium! you really couldn't ask for more, in my opinion those seats were made of A-mazing!
I wish that i had remembered to bring my camera so that i could show you some of the suite pics... but everyone else there probably would have stared at me for taking pictures of the food anyways. the game itself was awesome as well... the final score was 9-8 the brewers lost, but any game with that much scoring has to be good, and it was!
in addition to all the other amazingness it was also a bobble head night, so we got a bobble head as we walked into the stadium as well as extra that were in the suite when we got there... i believe that it was derek turnbow... and it had like fake barbie hair and everything... the bobble heads were so cool that i gave them to two of the teachers that i work with so that they could sell them on e-bay and make some money off of them. i could definitely get used to being pampered, or accepting free food and such, hopefully this gives a warm fuzzy feeling to any of you who might think you would like to give me something for free but you weren't really sure how i would react.
